Please Note - Once you complete the pre-enrollment form online, you will need to bring the following documentation* to the Royal Oak School District Enrollment Office in order to complete the enrollment process:

The District Enrollment Office is located at 800 DeVillen, Royal Oak MI 48073.  The hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

*REQUIRED DOCUMENTS for Enrollment in Royal Oak:

1) Your printed Pre-Enrollment document
2) 2 Proofs of Residency - acceptable proofs are:
-If you are a renter: Lease Agreement (including the page with landlord and tenant signatures)
-If you own your home: Mortgage Statement (within last month)
-City Assessor's Tax Statement (current year)
-Current Utility bill or Cable bill (within last month)
-Notarized Shared Housing Affidavit if living in someone else's home/apt
 ...(The homeowner's drivers license and two (2) proofs of their residence

3) Driver's License of parent/guardian
4) Birth Certificate- original or certified copy with raised seal
5) Immunization Record
6) Proof of Vision Screening is required for Kindergarten enrollment
7) Court documents, if applicable (legal guardianship, foster care, PPO, custody)
8) High school enrollment requires transcript at time of enrollment
