Welcome to the Madison District Public Schools
We are so excited that you will be joining the Madison District Public Schools Family! Your child is about to begin an exciting educational adventure! Our school district boasts an abundance of educational and co/extra-curricular programs to meet the needs of a vast array of learners from Pre-K through twelfth grade. We encourage students to challenge themselves academically, explore comprehensive course offerings and take risks to discover their individual gifts. We are dedicated to providing an intellectually challenging educational experience in safe, nurturing school environments that thrive on cultivating and empowering students to be their authentic selves. In addition, our academic and co/extra-curricular opportunities provide agency and shape self-identity, which are critical components to the adolescent development process. What is Pre-Enrollment?

The online Pre-Enrollment process is designed as the first step in the journey to your student's educational career at Madison District Public Schools. Completing the Pre-Enrollment process gathers basic student information. Once all student information is collected during Pre-Enrollment, you will be required to provide documentation either by sending it electronically (instructions will be sent to you if we are not opened by June 1st) or by visiting the Madison District Public Schools Central Enrollment Office.

How do I get started?
Please note, if you are a current Parent Portal user, do not use your Parent Portal Pin and Password below. This Pre-Enrollment process requires a temporary account, which you create. Please create your temporary account by selecting the "Start a new Pre-Enrollment" option.

If you have previously started, but not yet submitted a pre-enrollment, select the "Continue a Pre-Enrollment in process" selection to logon with your temporary account to complete the pre-enrollment process.

Your temporary account will be active until the student is officially enrolled in Madison District Public Schools. Be sure to read the instructions provided throughout the Pre-Enrollment process for your child. Online registration requires an email address and in some cases an Adobe PDF reader (to view linked documents).
