Please use this website to begin the enrollment process for your students. Completing the Pre-Enrollment process gives us basic student information, online pre-enrollment does NOT enroll your student.
ATTENTION: If your address is outside of the Lamphere District boundaries please be sure to complete a Schools of Choice application before completing this pre-enrollment. Lamphere District Map.
The following documents are required for enrollment in The Lamphere Schools, you will be required to upload documents as part of this process, please gather those that apply to you prior to starting:

Proof of Residency

Homeowner: Mortgage Statement or Property Tax Statement with parent name listed and 1 current utility bill

Renter: Lease Agreement and 1 current utility bill and Consent of Leasing Form

Living with resident who owns their own home: Notarized Residential Affidavit with both parent and resident signatures

Parent - 2 current pieces of mail

Resident - Mortgage Statement or Property Tax Statement and 1 current utility bill

Living with resident who leases: Parent's name must be added to the lease agreement

Parent - Consent of Leasing Form and Copy of Lease agreement (with Parent name added) and 2 current pieces of mail.
